How hosting works
- Apply through our moderated form.
- We review your retreat concept, philosophy, and approach.
- We visit you and experience it personally.
- If aligned, we build your host profile, craft your retreat page, and promote you through WITHINO’s marketing channels (email, Instagram, blog, YouTube…).
- We launch your retreat to our global audience.

What do I need to start offering my retreat?
You need to know your location well, have a clear retreat’s goals, design a well balanced schedule, be ready to lead the group and love sharing it with others. A good level of English is important so you can guide international guests confidently.
How do I receive bookings?
All bookings come straight into your WITHINO host dashboard. You can easily manage incoming requests, view upcoming bookings, and track your past bookings, all in one place.
How do I receive payments?
Either by bank transfer or through a trusted global payment provider, such as Stripe. Once you’re accepted, we’ll make sure you’ll receive secure, direct payments to your bank account.
How much commission do you deduct?
WITHINO deducts a 20% service fee before payout. Once your retreat is approved, we invest in all marketing and promotion, allowing you to focus solely on creating an exceptional guest experience.
